Credential isolation
Platform credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. They are never exposed to human operators — only the automated ingestion pipeline accesses your systems.
Data encryption
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Database backups are encrypted with the same standards.
Least-privilege access
Role-based access controls ensure only the people and systems that need access have it. Access is audited and reviewed regularly.
Data retention
We retain only the data needed to operate your support workflows. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
